You can place an order on the Memento Jewellery website. Simply choose your favourite piece(s), follow the easy personalisation process and place your order. All major credit/debit cards are accepted and payment is made in full when you place the order.

The ordering and payment process is quick and easy, and the product pages will guide you through it step by step.
On receipt of your order we will send you a print kit with full instructions. Making a print is quick and easy. For fingerprints you can use a pencil print and for pawprints a photo (mobile phone) of your pets paw. An easy step by step guide can be found here: https://mementojewellery.co.uk/pages/taking-prints
We will send a confirmation e-mail of your order and also do the same when we receive your prints.
We would recommend trying to return the prints within 4 weeks to avoid any precious metal price fluctuations – if there is significant change however, you can choose to pay the difference or take a full refund.
If, for any reason, you are concerned about time, simply contact our workshop and we will do everything we can to help.
We normally begin work on your order soon after receiving it, therefore please check your order and confirmation really carefully. If there is something you want to add or change, contact us by phone; if we haven’t made or personalised your piece already, we will do all we can to help.
Prints are electronically kept by us for 12 months and can be used again on future orders of jewellery. If you want an identical piece, we shall do our best to match it again, but please remember that every item is individually personalised and hand-finished.
On every product page, there is a message box in which you can put a special request or additional information. For example, you might want a longer chain, or a different one. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request and will contact you to confirm your requirements.
If you did wish to cancel your order, you are welcome to do so for non-personalised jewellery within 7 days of receipt, providing it is returned in it’s unworn, original condition and in its packaging. The cost of return is your own responsibility and postage cannot be refunded.
For personalised jewellery, we are unable to exchange or accept for return since it is made specifically and especially for you. Orders cannot be cancelled once we have begun making your jewellery.
Please check personalised jewellery on receipt and notify us within 7 days in the unlikely event of any fault or problem. We will refund postage if any item needs to be returned and quickly rectify the issue.

When we contact you to confirm receipt, we shall let you know if there are any problems with what you have supplied, and we will advise how they can be rectified.
Wherever possible, we will send your prints back with your personalised jewellery. We will also keep an electronic copy of your prints for 12 months to make any future ordering quick and easy.
We try to achieve the best results possible for you by cleaning up smudges and other marks around the print. We won’t however edit your print, for example by filling in missing areas, unless you specifically ask us to do so.
The delivery time for each piece is displayed on the specific product description page, but in the majority of personalised jewellery orders, is 2-3 weeks from receipt of prints or photos. If, for any reason, there is any change, we shall contact you to let you know.
We will do our very best if you contact us, but many of our pieces are individually cast and therefore take time to make. If you phone our workshop, we will look into it, try our hardest, and let you know.
If your order has not already been sent, we will be happy to change the delivery address. It is advisable to contact us by phone initially, although we will require written confirmation to make changes to the original order.
Your jewellery will be securely delivered by Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked and signed for system. A signature will be required and a card will be left, if you’re not at home, advising how to rearrange.
You will receive an e-mail from us notifying you of the date of your jewellery dispatch.
We offer a warranty on all jewellery should it require repair within 6 months of purchase. This guarantee does not however include damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or inappropriate force.

As working jewellers, we can repair most problems. If you do accidentally break or damage your piece, please get in touch with us and we will let you know if it can be fixed, and how much it will cost.
